What is the ETILA SWIMWEAR return policy?
Hey! We're sorry you have to return your ETILA SWIMWEAR order. We have a 14 day return policy, meaning that you have 14 days to make a return request after you receive your order.
Am I eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it.
1- Must be unused or unworn and undamaged with tags intact.
Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we'd suggest wearing it over other pieces of clothing to avoid stains and damages.
2- Stains such as makeup, deodorant, or residue found upon inspection will not be eligible for an exchange/return. The return package will be returned back to you at your own costs.
3- Item(s) must be returned in original condition with original packging, complete with its sanitary strip.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, you can click HERE with your order number. If your return is accepted, you gonna get an email with the return label.

What if it doesn't fit or suit me?
We always love to hear feedback on sizing and materials, so feel free to let us know if there's anything we can improve on.
Do I need to pay for my returns?
Yes. For unwanted items or exchanges, you will need to pay all costs for the return. This will differ depending on where you are shipping from and how many items you are returning. We do not refund the cost of shipping returns.
Exchanges
Need to exchange your item fast? The fastest way to do this is by issuing a return and creating a new order.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards & sale items.
Refunds
We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return, and notify you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
