What is the ETILA SWIMWEAR return policy?
Hey! We're sorry you have to return your ETILA SWIMWEAR order. We have a 20 day return policy, meaning that you have 20 days to make a return request after you receive your order, and about 10 day to send your return, counting on the date you request your return.
Am I eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. This includes being unused or unworn, with tags intact, and in the original product packaging you received it in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return. Once these have all been received, we'll sort out the rest.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, you can click HERE with your order number. If your return is accepted, you gonna get an email with the return label.
What if it doesn't fit or suit me?
We always love to hear feedback on sizing and materials, so feel free to let us know if there's anything we can improve on.
Do I need to pay for my returns?
Yes. For unwanted items or exchanges, you will need to pay all costs for the return. This will differ depending on where you are shipping from and how many items you are returning. We do not refund the cost of shipping returns.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards & sale items.
We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return, and notify you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
