Special Tips

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the previously mentioned European countries) as our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses due to the risk of lost parcels. However, please add your address with your street name and building number.

Please note that we are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt or negligence such as (not limited to) incorrect information (wrong order address/contact number/consignee's name). If this is to occur, we are unable to file a refund. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at info@etilaswimwear.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible to prevent a failed delivery attempt.

Customs Duties

Shipments from all of our warehouses are set out as delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. However, if there are any customers or import duties, they must be paid by the customer, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.

At Etila Swimwear, customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees if they decide to not accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Etila Swimwear cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
